Most insurance plans are accepted. Call our office or your insurance provider to determine if we are a preferred provider. We are able to file claims even if we are out-of-network with your insurance - call our office to get more information! Please remember your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company—we file claims as a courtesy to you. Due to increased red tape, we no longer accept any DSHS or state-funded insurance plans.
In-Office Membership Plan
We offer an in-office membership payment plan for those who are not covered by insurance. Our payment plan covers the cost of all regular cleanings, exams, and x-rays needed for the year at a low monthly rate, and includes an additional discount on any other necessary treatment. Patients are given the option of paying for the annual plan at a month-to-month rate or a full year in advance. You will also receive a 10% sign up discount for each additional family member you include! For more information on our in-office membership plan, click here.
Our office accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, AmEx and Diners Club. Cash, personal checks, and money orders are also accepted. Payment is required at the time of service.
In order to keep our costs to our patients minimal, we do not offer in-office financing. However, we do accept third-party healthcare financing that offers zero percent interest plans:
