Welcome to our practice!

We are so glad you chose our office for your dental care!  Whether you are coming in for an emergency visit or a regular exam and cleaning, we offer our patients a gentle, personal touch. On your first visit, you can expect the following:

• Completion of New Patient Forms (at bottom of page)

• A review of your health history

• A blood pressure screening

• Digital x-rays

• A comprehensive oral exam by Dr. Yarbro

 

After completion of the above, Dr. Yarbro will determine if any further treatment is needed. At this point, the type of cleaning needed with the hygienist will be prescribed—dental cleanings are not done at the initial appointment. To expedite the check-in process, your new patient forms are listed at the bottom of this page.  In addition, if you are on prescription medications, it is helpful to bring in a list of what you are taking, including dose & times taken.  Feel free to print the forms out and bring them along to your first appointment.
